Join our Activities and Volunteer Coordinator, Dionna Gaskins, for Chair One Fitness! This is a chair exercise program designed to deliver a fun, interactive workout that uplifts people while providing a total body workout. Dionna is a certified instructor, and classes will be $5 per person.
