Meet the Sunrise of Lincroft Team

Life Enrichment Manager

Sara believes starting the day with smiles is what makes each day special. She has served at the Lincroft community for almost a decade and is a co-facilitator for the Alzheimer’s Association’s™ support group meetings.

Sara’s husband, along with their two daughters, volunteer every other Saturday in the Reminiscence neighborhood; they assist a small group of residents with crafting projects, bowling, and baking. Sara also puts together the monthly activity calendar for Reminiscence residents and is often called upon to do one-on-one training with new Life Enrichment Managers.

Sara uses the Validation method in all interactions with residents. She serves as co-leader in the community’s weekly Friendship Club meetings, where she helps design programming, including outings and community service projects that enrich the mind, body, and spirit.

Lead Care Manager—Reminiscence

Rocio has been working in Sunrise of Lincroft’s specialized memory care neighborhood since 2014. She enjoys bringing our residents days filled with baking and arts & crafts—two hobbies that she also has in her personal life outside of work.  She says “it doesn’t feel like work when you’re having fun and engaging with the residents.”

Care Manager

Jennifer has been with our Sunrise of Lincroft team since 2009. She says her favorite part about working at Sunrise is hearing the stories of the past; she loves when residents share their life stories with her. 

Outside of her spending time with her Sunrise family, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her two young daughters.

Laura started at Sunrise of Lincroft part-time in 2009 and shortly after decided to join the team full-time. As concierge she enjoys meeting all the residents and their families—since she is the first person at our community most visitors meet! 

As concierge she is the hub of information and loves helping residents and families navigate each day at Sunrise.

Concierge and Dining Room Care Manager

Madeline has worked at Sunrise of Lincroft for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Sunrise, Madeline worked in various customer service and leadership positions at Prudential Insurance.

Madeline appreciates that both of her roles allow her to be highly interactive with the residents; her tenure at Lincroft has allowed her to build many wonderful relationships with residents and their families.

In her spare time, Madeline love spending time with her grandchildren.

Maintenance Assistant

Tim held various positions at other organizations before finding his home at Sunrise of Lincroft, where he has worked since 2006.

Tim enjoys the variety that his role offers; even though residents’ needs change each day, he is always happy to address their concerns and help in any way he can. Tim loves the daily interaction he has with our residents, saying, “The best part of working for Sunrise is the interaction I get to have with the residents every day. Many times, if I am in their suite, they will show me their mementos and share their special memories. I always feel honored that they want to tell me about their lives and the amazing experiences they’ve had.”

In his time outside of work, Tim enjoys doing anything outdoors.
