How we’re responding as our vaccination rates rise.
Brighton Gardens of Edison is a 30-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitative facility located in Edison, New Jersey. We provide 24-hour nursing care with an emphasis on comfort and compassion.
With individualized and comprehensive care strategies in place, we take whatever measures necessary to accelerate our resident’s recovery, maintain their comfort and preserve their independence and dignity. Our success is measured when we restore each senior, as quickly as possible, to his or her highest level of wellness, confidence and ability. Sunrise CareConnect–an electronic health record system–can be found in most communities, enabling us to better coordinate care, reduce risk, and improve resident outcomes. As a resident’s healthcare provider, you can be granted access to Sunrise CareConnect to track your patient.
Each Sunrise community has a Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and committee that analyzes trend data, and evaluates systems and processes to improve delivery of care and resident outcomes. Learn more at ReferSunrise.com.
"Tracey’s life has always been centered on helping seniors. Prior to college, she had a love of working with seniors and had multiple “grandmas” while volunteering in high school. While attending Rutgers University, she discovered a gerontology program and immediately found her niche. In 2001, Tracey became a licensed nursing home administrator and has been running sub-acute and long-term care facilities ever since.
Because I’ve always been so passionate about seniors’ quality of life, working as executive director at Brighton Gardens of Edison is the perfect role for me. Each day, I get to combine the skills I’ve learned in my schooling and my love of interacting with seniors and their families. That gives me so much job satisfaction.”
