With individualized and comprehensive care strategies in place, we take whatever measures necessary to accelerate our resident’s recovery, maintain their comfort and preserve their independence and dignity. "Tracey’s life has always been centered on helping seniors. Prior to college, she had a love of working with seniors and had multiple “grandmas” while volunteering in high school. While attending Rutgers University, she discovered a gerontology program and immediately found her niche. In 2001, Tracey became a licensed nursing home administrator and has been running sub-acute and long-term care facilities ever since.
Because I’ve always been so passionate about seniors’ quality of life, working as executive director at Brighton Gardens of Edison is the perfect role for me. Each day, I get to combine the skills I’ve learned in my schooling and my love of interacting with seniors and their families. That gives me so much job satisfaction.”
Skilled Nursing Director of Sales
"I have a clinical background in nursing which has been incredibly helpful with my position at Brighton Gardens of Edison. I know the complexities seniors and their families deal with when navigating the transition from the hospital to sub-acute rehabilitation.
Working with prospective residents and their families brings me a great deal of fulfillment. I love seeing seniors recover and get stronger each day—through therapy, along with the support of our team members. There’s no greater feeling than seeing our seniors walk out at the end of their stay, strong and ready to head home.
