Executive Director

"I have been privileged to work with Sunrise for over eight of my twenty-two year career in elder care/senior living. Prior to becoming the Executive Director at Gardner Park, I was the Director of Resident Services at our sister community in Lynnfield. All of my professional experiences have contributed to my understanding and insight into the many facets and needs of our residents, families and team members. 

Originally from California, I have called Massachusetts home now for ten years. Almost the Brady Bunch, my eleven-year old twins and two step-daughters keep me busy when I am not at work."

David Passacantilli

Director of Sales

David joined Sunrise in 2018. David has a passion for our elderly population & truly strives at building trusting relationships with families while they are faced with the difficult decision of where to place their loved one when the time comes. David’s favorite Sunrise Principle of Service is: Preserving Dignity. “After our residents lived a long and purposeful life, I believe that every resident is afforded the opportunity of a quality lifestyle.”

Julie Bolduc 

Resident Care Director, RN

Julie joined the Sunrise at Gardner Park team in December of 2012. She has been a registered nurse for 20 years, and also has her master’s degree in nursing education. 

Julie is passionate about educating our staff to ensure quality resident care is delivered to each and every one of our residents. Julie’s favorite Sunrise Principle of Service is Enabling Choice. “When it comes to our residents here at Gardner Park, I strongly advocate for ensuring quality of life for each person,” Julie said. “I strongly believe that resident choice is at the center of caregiving.” 

Kevin BouKevin Bou

Activities and Volunteer Coordinator

Kevin joined Sunrise in January of 2016. Kevin began as a Life Enrichment Manager, on our Reminiscence (Memory Care) floor and quickly moved up to the position of Activities and Volunteer Coordinator. Kevin brings a vibrant energy to the community and touches the hearts of each of our residents daily. Kevin strives to keep every resident happy and entertained each and every day. “I am so proud to be part of the Sunrise family. The residents and families truly become your own. It doesn’t feel like I am coming to work every day, I truly love what I do”

Angela FrediricoAngela Federico

Business Office Coordinator

Angela has been the Business Office Coordinator at Sunrise since January of 2012. Angela is a long time Peabody resident and feels honored to work here at the Peabody Sunrise location. Angela’s favorite part of her job is hosting her Monthly Birthday Celebrations for all the residents each month where she has the opportunity to individually celebrate each resident’s special day and even goes above and beyond to make sure she researches all of the happenings that occurred on that day throughout the years.

Maintenance Coordinator 

Juan began his career with Sunrise in May of 2003. Each day, he goes above and beyond to keep Gardner Park looking its best. Juan spends time in the dining room pouring coffee for the residents, and always helps to put a smile on their faces. 

Juan’s favorite Principle of Service is Celebrating Individuality. “Every resident has a unique personality and it is fun to see how they interact with one another and with team members,” Juan said.
