Katie Palamara

Executive Director

Katie began her career with Sunrise at Gardner Park in November of 2007. She has a strong passion for our aging population and takes great pride in the community that she serves.  

Katie’s favorite Sunrise Principle of Service is Encouraging Independence. “Our residents are giving up so much when they decide to transition into assisted living, whether it be leaving their life-long homes or losing a spouse,” Katie said. “We provide the opportunity to remain as independent as safely possible while aging in place gracefully.”

Julie Bolduc 

Resident Care Director, RN

Julie joined the Sunrise at Gardner Park team in December of 2012. She has been a registered nurse for 20 years, and also has her master’s degree in nursing education. 

Julie is passionate about educating our staff to ensure quality resident care is delivered to each and every one of our residents. Julie’s favorite Sunrise Principle of Service is Enabling Choice. “When it comes to our residents here at Gardner Park, I strongly advocate for ensuring quality of life for each person,” Julie said. “I strongly believe that resident choice is at the center of caregiving.”

Maintenance Coordinator 

Juan began his career with Sunrise in May of 2003. Each day, he goes above and beyond to keep Gardner Park looking its best. Juan spends time in the dining room pouring coffee for the residents, and always helps to put a smile on their faces. 

Juan’s favorite Principle of Service is Celebrating Individuality. “Every resident has a unique personality and it is fun to see how they interact with one another and with team members,” Juan said.

Darley Nazaire

Reminiscence Coordinator 

Darley began his career with Sunrise in October of 2009. He has a strong passion for our elderly population and truly loves coming to work every day. Darley is often found mingling with residents and making better days for each person. 

Darley’s favorite Principle of Service is Involving Families and Friends. “When residents move into our community, they become our family,” Darley said. “There is no better feeling than gaining the trust of families and friends to care for their loved ones.”
