Sunrise of Bloomfield Hills

This facility is absolutely wonderful and so is the staff! Stevie (one of the staff) is absolutely amazing! She took us on a tour a couple months ago, and right from the start, she was an absolute gem. She was so kind to my mother, who’s in the process of moving in, and really made my her feel at home. The facility is extremely clean and beautiful, with all the amenities you could ever want! I have looked at four different facilities and Sunrise takes the cake. As soon as we walked in the doors, my mom and I felt very comfortable. I can’t tell you how much peace I feel bringing my mom here because I know she is going to have the best care from the staff and from the nurses. The menu looks great and they have so many choices for everyone. My mom is so excited To make this her new home and this puts me at ease because she wasn’t too keen on moving until I took her to Sunrise. I could go on and on but once you take a tour of the facility, you’ll see what I’m talking about!

My mom has been a resident for over a month and her experience has been extraordinary! From my experience with Bri (Sales) to Vanessa (front desk) we have been well taken care of. My mom was at an assisted living facility in South Carolina so her transition to Sunrise was very smooth. Seabrook in Murrells Inlet was great so it served as a benchmark for Sunrise. Based on our experience thus far Sunrise lives up to Seabrook! If you’re considering this facility for your family you should know they would be taken care of as if their own. 5 Stars doesn’t do it justice. If I could give 10, I would!

Walking into Sunrise of Bloomfield Hills you are greeted by welcoming staff and happy residents that appear to be taking advantage of the many offerings.

[name removed] took my parents on a tour of the place. She was an absolute doll with my 88-year-old mother. Sunrise is so beautiful with lots of activities for the residents to do. They take them to Greenfield Village, the zoo, shopping in general to get snacks, etc. We’re moving my mother in next week and can’t wait for her to enjoy her time. The staff is absolutely wonderful to the residents and their needs. My mom has dementia, but I know she’s going to love it there!! If you’re looking for a beautiful memory care facility with all the the amenities, then do yourself a favor by at least taking a tour, you will love it!

It was a good size not too small not too big and they had great food and activities and the staff was wonderful

Very nice facility and a wonderful experience during my tour with Brie ! She cares about her residents and is dedicated to them and their families! What a great asset to this building !

Our experience with Sunrise Senior Living has been outstanding! My mom has only been there just shy of two weeks, but she loves the nursing staff, they are so kind to her, she loves her room in the way that we set it up for her, the meals are delicious and she's involved with the walking club and the church services on the weekends, which is very important to her. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Sunrise and how much they have changed my mom's life in the short amount of time that she's been there.

Excellent facility excellent staff price was a bit high, but offered many reasons to justify price waiting to sell my house to have sufficient funds to afford living there

I recently had the opportunity to visit Sunrise Senior Living of Bloomfield Hills for the first time, and I was very impressed. The community is beautiful, welcoming, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. Bri and Stevie from the sales team were exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the residents and the care they provide. They took the time to answer my questions, gave me a thorough tour, and made me feel like a valued partner in patient care. It's clear they are dedicated to creating a positive experience for both residents and healthcare professionals. I look forward to working with the team in the future.

Tomatoes very nice and all our questions or answered. The facility is very appointed and by watching residents could you could tell they were very pleased with the atmosphere

They were compassionate and efficient. Accommodating even when I kept changing my mind about various things. They were very familiar and comfortable with everything I was most worried about with my mom, which was greatly reassuring. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

As a Hospice Chaplain I'm in just about every facility. Danielle the head of nursing has been fantastic to work with and so is Stevie their marketer. I would recommend them highly!!!

The host was easy to talk to and explained every detail in a nonconvoluted manner. She answered all my questions and followed up with me two days after my tour.

My mom entered Sunrise in June of 2026, straight into memory care. I can’t thank the 3rd floor enough for their kindness and love towards my mom. The staff go above and beyond. I’m so happy she’s only 3 miles from my house! I see her all the time and the staff are all smiles. Shout out to the sales dept. Stevie and Bree are the sweetest. Always lend an ear when needed and to my favorite activities director Leona. She brings my mom down to participate but takes pictures of her for me especially when I’m out of town. I know this is lengthy but I’m happy my mom is well cared for. Food quality is good too. . Mom loves the soups and desserts especially but hey she’s 80 so I’m ok with that. Lisa Howard 😊💕
