Welcome to Sunrise of East Meadow
We’re dedicated to helping residents age in place with dignity and joy while receiving expert, personalized care. Many of our team members have been here since our community first opened its doors and our nursing staff is on-site around the clock to help ensure that care is available whenever it’s needed. We offer monthly sessions with your family to provide guidance and information about the changes associated with aging and potential challenges presented by memory loss.
