The annual ratings are based on extensive surveys of residents and their families, measuring satisfaction across key aspects of daily life. In today’s senior living landscape, ongoing feedback from residents and families plays a critical role in defining the quality experiences that matter most. These ratings reflect the relentless focus on creating vibrant, dynamic, and award-winning senior living communities where Sunrise residents feel known, supported, and truly at home.
Now in our fifth year participating in the national ratings, 168 of surveyed Sunrise communities across the U.S. earned either a “Best” badge or specific accolades in key areas of the resident experience.
The U.S. News Best Senior Living ratings are grounded in direct feedback from residents and families and offer insight into how independent living, assisted living, memory care, and continuing care retirement communities perform in the moments that matter most—from culinary, wellness, and social programs to relationships, daily care, and an overall sense of belonging at home.
